We are pleased to announce we have transformed a former 120m² Victorian shop in Soho, to deliver London’s first sustainable seafood restaurant, CLAW.
CLAW started life back in 2015 as a food stall when its founder, Fabian Clark, discovered that Britain export approximately 80% of its crab to the rest of Europe and Asia. He made the conscious decision to only use seafood and ingredients sourced in the UK, and with InsideOut’s assistance, this decision has carried through to the sustainability of their first restaurant.
Designed for roll-out, the design concept will change location by location keeping key elements to remain true to CLAW’s brand ethos and interior theme.
We are delighted with the outcome of this development and we look forward to working on restaurants with CLAW in the future.
