InsideOut remove the weight of the process and allow our Clients to focus on the ‘after’, resulting in experience-led architecture and interiors that quietly enable and inspire life to take place long after our involvement.
Andrea was born and raised in the United States and completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture as well as a Master’s Degree in Planning at the University of Nebraska. An exchange at Dublin Institute of Technology in 2007 enticed Andrea to make the leap and eventually immigrate to London at the beginning of 2013. Since this time Andrea has been a part of the InsideOut team, working closely with clients to deliver projects that enhance family life and and the customer experience. She completed her qualifications at Oxford Brookes University in 2016 and is currently managing a number of residential and commercial projects.
Andy Min Lee
Andy joined InsideOut shortly after graduating from the University of Bath with a Master’s degree in Architecture. Having been born and raised in Borneo, nature has always been his biggest inspiration when it comes to achieving equilibrium in architecture and design. He believes that only through a seamless symbiosis of architecture and nature can the world be a better place to live and he enjoys working closely with clients and peers to try and achieve just that.
Anthony has been working at InsideOut since 2014. Anthony completed his diploma at Kingston University in London and obtained his RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (Part III) in September 2005. He has twenty years of professional practice over which time he has gained valuable experience at a number of award-winning London based design-led practices, as well as at practices in Rome and Kula Lumpur in Malaysia. Anthony’s particular architectural interests are focused on creating work that is routed in its specific context and culture, with an interest in the application of climatically responsive design solutions.
Bianca Valido Leach
Cathy has been with InsideOut since 2006, having previously worked in several London law firms. She studied Business at Westminster University and is a Chartered MCIPD. Her role is ensuring the office runs smoothly and that the practice is a great place to work. Additionally, Cathy looks after the financial side of the business.
Following his architectural studies at University of Westminster and experience working on a broad range of schemes encompassing residential developments, schools, hotels, retail projects and commercial fit-outs, Chris co-founded InsideOut in 2001. InsideOut is a small client-oriented practice and was initially primarily focused on residential schemes. Some 300 projects later, InsideOut now undertake projects across a variety of sectors that draw on Chris’s 25 years of experience within the construction industry. Chris currently heads up the commercial team, in parallel to his role as Managing Director of the practice. His personable manner, professionalism and strategic vision make Chris an invaluable asset to any of our clients and an exemplary team principal within our office.
Daniel is a registered Architect and InsideOut’s Sustainability Champion. He has been with the practice since 2016, promoting sustainable design and conduct holistically. Since graduating with a Master’s degree from the University of Sheffield he has worked on residential and commercial projects both locally and internationally. With a keen interest in low impact design, he is challenging the boundaries of traditional construction to progress architecture for the future.
Designer and Marketing Lead
Following 8 years in hospitality management, Jack decided to channel his passion for design into a profession. He graduated from Westminster University with a first class honours in Interior Architecture in the summer of 2018 and joined InsideOut immediately after.
Jack’s approach to design is wholly informed by the surrounding context, be it socially, historically or geographically. Jack also enjoys long walks on the beach.
James is a RIBA Charted Architect and has been with InsideOut since 2012, quickly progressing from an Architectural Assistant to a Senior Architect role. He has led and delivered a wide range of residential, hospitality and commercial projects and is currently overseeing our largest project to date at Coombe Farm. His professional interests lie in creating refined and long-lasting communities, buildings and interiors that carefully consider and elevate the human experience.
Kamila studied architecture at the Universita degli Studi di Ferrara in Italy and completed her master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technical University of Bialystok in Poland. After becoming a fully qualified architect in June 2017 Kamila joined the InsideOut team. Kamila is interested in sustainable living and design and is part of the No1 team working on airport schemes. Outside of work Kamila enjoys travelling and is an explorer of Italian culture and cuisine.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture in Greece, Marianna moved to London in 2012 to complete her Master’s Degree in Interior Design at the University of Westminster. Marianna gained experience on a variety of residential, commercial and hospitality projects before joining InsideOut in 2018. Marianna is invested in finding creative solutions to both improve functionality and increase people’s wellbeing. She does this with careful detailing and innovative materiality.
Philip is an ARB accredited Architect who gained his qualifications through the RIBA North West following a period of study at the Manchester School of Architecture. Philip has experience in a variety of sectors and scales, working in award winning London and Manchester based design-led practices as well as working in residential and commercial projects throughout Asia. Philip’s architectural interests lie in the refining details and interpreting and crafting space to enhance the well-being of the end user.
